CiVallo is led by Milakaa Merritt, Founder and Managing Director. Before founding CiVallo, Milakaa worked closely with local service-business operations and visibility needs, including hands-on work connected to Smart Plumbers and other local service businesses across the Bay Area.

Her background covers local business website structure, Google visibility, customer intake, lead flow, business systems, and practical digital operations. She has built and managed business-facing digital systems including websites, intake forms, AI visibility scanners, structured business data, directory-style listings, admin workflows, and customer follow-up systems.

She developed East Bay Select, an AI-readable local business directory focused on structured listings, business vetting, trust signals, and local service discovery. She also built the CiVallo AVaTR scanner, including the score logic, admin review workflow, email notifications, and business visibility reporting.
